These beautifully designed, extremely spacious self catering properties are located on the out skirts of Ballinskelligs just minutes from a stunning, sandy beach.

These holiday homes are the perfect base from which to tour the 'Kingdom of Kerry', situated as they are on the 'Ring of Kerry', on the coast of Ballinskelligs Bay, just 13 Km from Waterville, 82Km from Tralee and 78 Km from Killarney.

There is an abundance of outdoor activities on offer in the area including horse riding, fishing, cycling, canoeing, sailing and diving. Kerry is known for its excellent championship golf courses, one of which is Waterville Golf Club, just 13Km from these holiday homes. This area also boasts a number of historical places of interest such as Staigue Fort, Cill Rialaig and Derrynane House and National Park - birthplace of one the most famous men in Irish history, Daniel O'Connell.

These spacious self catering properties sleep 9 having 2 twin bedrooms, one of which is en suite together with a family bathroom on the gound floor. 1 triple en suite and 1 double bedroom en suite on the first floor.

The kitchen / dining / living room is open plan divided by a large open fireplace, there is a separate utility room.

These holiday homes all have underfloor heating throughout.

Each property has its own patio with furniture.
There is an on site tennis court (although equipment is not provided).
